Dynamo assisted the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) with their largest IT program and acquisition to-date. Known as the Enterprise Solution Modernization Program (ESM), its goal is to modernize NCUA’s Examination, Data Collection, and Data Reporting Solutions. An integrated Dynamo team with staff from both our Program Planning and Oversight, and Cloud Adoption and Solution Engineering Practices provided leading-edge technical advisory, acquisition, and program management support throughout the initial requirements planning, solution architecture, and acquisition lifecycle. Dynamo Engineers, Acquisition Specialists, and Program Managers provided the leading-edge technical architecture, acquisition, and program management support necessary for a successful software and systems integrator contract. Now that the contract was awarded, NCUA is trusting Dynamo to provide the program governance and independent oversight required for a program of this size and complexity. The impact of this program is being felt across NCUA’s extensive and complex environment – 17 offices and 5 regions employing approximately 1,260 full time staff responsible for regulating and supervising 6,620 federally insured credit unions with nearly 96 million members across all states and U.S. territories.
