Mr. Duan’s expertise is in information technology (Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, and Big Data) with both Federal and commercial clients. Mr. Duan has worked on a variety of programs with the DoD and civilian agencies and has developed a strong technology-based skillset and has become a noted expert presenting white papers on cloud technologies, enterprise & data management, and IT portfolio assessments.
Mr. Duan received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. He is one of the founding Docker certified practitioners.
Mr. Taneja has experience in systems engineering, application lifecycle management, IT strategy, and infrastructure engineering. He has supported multiple U.S. federal government agencies in the areas of homeland security, law enforcement, defense, and foreign affairs, offering valuable insight as an engineer, technologist, management consultant, and program manager. Mr. Taneja has also supported various biotech, financial services, and commercial technology companies, as an independent consultant and team leader.
Mr. Taneja received his B.A. in Economics and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia, his M.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from George Mason University, and is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering at the George Washington University (expected in 2017).
Mr. Sheng specializes in cost, financial and strategic planning support to Federal clients. Mr. Sheng has worked on a variety of programs with DoD and civilian agencies and has developed a broad encompassing skillset with ground-based vehicles, software development, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and modernization efforts. His expertise is focused in the areas of Life-Cycle Cost Estimating, Benefits Identification and Quantification, Decision Science Application and Theory, Business Case Development, Business Process Re-engineering, Risk Analysis and Assessments, Budget Formulation and Financial Analysis and Reporting.
Mr. Sheng received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management from The Johns Hopkins University, his M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and his M.B.A. from Duke University. He currently holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Mr. Plishker is an expert in leading managers in the successful delivery of outstanding digital solutions for commercial and federal customers.
Mr. Plishker spent 15 years at Gartner, the market leading research and advisory firm for information technology products and services. Mr. Plishker was a Senior Managing Partner within Gartner’s federal consulting practice where he oversaw a variety of IT strategy engagements across numerous offices and cabinet level agencies. He focused on solutions that drove efficiency and effectiveness across a broad array of topics including: cloud, big data, data analytics, cyber security, organizational transformation, sourcing, and application modernization. During this time, he developed a great deal of knowledge on mature operational processes and best practices that are being implemented at Dynamo to enable our continued growth and success.
